Getting help

You've got the essentials in place. This article is your map for whenever you need a hand, where to find answers, how to reach our team, and what to have ready so we can help you fast.

Start with the Knowledge Base

Most questions are answered here in the help center. Before reaching out:

  1. Use the search bar at the top, search by what you're trying to do ("bulk enroll", "custom domain", "issue certificate").

  2. Browse the relevant collection:

    • Getting Started: the collection you just finished.

    • [Verify: list your other collections, e.g. Courses, Payments, Live Classes, Website & Apps, Learners.]

Contact support

If you can't find the answer, reach our team directly:

  • Email: [Verify: support email, e.g. support@edmingle.com]

  • In-app chat / help widget: look for the [Verify: chat / "?" icon], usually in the bottom-right corner of the admin panel.

  • [Verify: other channels, phone, WhatsApp, support portal, ticket system.]

Support hours: [Verify: hours and time zone, e.g. Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm IST.]Typical response time: [Verify: e.g. within one business day.]

The in-app chat is usually fastest for quick "how do I…" questions, while email is better for anything that needs screenshots or account changes.

Help us help you faster

When you contact support, include as much of this as you can:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.

  • The exact page or course: paste the URL.

  • A screenshot or short screen recording of the issue.

  • The error message, word for word, if there is one.

  • Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).

The more specific you are, the fewer back-and-forth messages it takes to resolve.

Common first-week questions

I can't log in. Use the Forgot password link on the login page. If that doesn't work, contact support with the email address on your account.

My custom domain isn't working. DNS changes can take a few hours to take effect. Double-check the records match exactly what Edmingle provided. See Account & Brand Setup, or send support your domain and a screenshot of your DNS settings.

A learner says they didn't get their enrollment email. Ask them to check spam/promotions. Confirm the email address on their account is correct, and resend the invite from Students / Learners. Check that your sender email is configured (see Account & Brand Setup).

Payments aren't going through. Confirm your payment gateway is connected and active in Payments and that your provider account is fully verified. Run a test transaction. [Verify: link to a payments troubleshooting article.]

My video won't upload or play. Check the file size and format against the supported limits. [Verify: supported formats/limits.] A stable connection helps with large uploads; you can also host on YouTube/Vimeo and link it.

Learn more and stay updated

  • [Verify: link to product updates / changelog / release notes.]

  • [Verify: link to community, webinars, or onboarding sessions if offered.]

  • [Verify: link to status page for service uptime, if available.]

What's next

You've finished the Getting Started collection. Once you're comfortable here, explore the deeper collections to get more from Edmingle:

  • [Verify: Onboarding stages / next collection, e.g. "Onboarding: from setup to first cohort."]

  • [Verify: Courses, Payments, Marketing, Analytics collections.]
