Website & App Setup

General Settings

The General Settings tab controls how learners sign up and log in, security and privacy rules, and a set of platform behaviors. It is the first tab under Settings → Website & App Setup. Save with Save Changes.

Sign-up and Login

  • Signup primary field: whether learners sign up with a contact number or an email address, and whether mobile signup is enabled.

  • Login and signup modes: enable Google SSO, OTP-based login, and Two-factor authentication (2FA). OTP has sub-options for signup, login, and verifying a secondary contact.

  • 2FA targeting: apply 2FA to all roles or only selected roles.

  • Signup category: enable a category learners choose at signup (single or multi-select), with your own page heading and description.

Security and Privacy

  • Hide learner confidential info from instructors.

  • Active sessions allowed per learner: unlimited, or a set limit.

  • Active devices allowed per learner: unlimited, or a set limit.

  • Show explore courses before signup.

  • Block mobile screenshots.

Miscellaneous

  • Zoom meeting and webinar mode: open within or outside the browser.

  • Enable Buy Now, Enable class ratings, Show courses.

  • Enable certificate verification.

  • Attach invoice to the course welcome email.

  • Switch to the new learner interface (2.0).

Match the signup primary field to how you actually reach learners. If you rely on WhatsApp or SMS, use contact number; if you rely on email, use email. It affects OTP and communication throughout.

Website

The Website tab is where you manage your public website: your web address (subdomain or custom domain), the Website Builder, and a few website behaviors. It sits under Settings → Website & App Setup.

Main Website URL (subdomain)

Your default web address is a subdomain. Edit the Main Website URL to set the subdomain portion (the rest of the address is fixed). Save to apply.

Custom domain (white-labeling)

If your plan includes custom domains, use Use Custom Domain to enter your own domain (for example, learn.yourbrand.com), then Verify & Save. You can edit or remove it later.

Connecting a custom domain involves a DNS change with your domain provider and server-side verification. If DNS is not your area, hand the domain to whoever manages your website, or contact support.

Branch-specific website

If you run multiple branches, a Branch specific website option (an add-on) lets each branch have its own website. Enabling or disabling it asks you to confirm, and if it is not on your plan you will see a feature overview with a way to contact support.

Website Builder

The Manage your website card launches the Website Builder:

  • Open Website Builder opens the builder to design your site.

  • Preview opens your live website.

  • The card shows when the site was last edited.

Website behaviors

  • Hide Instructor Name in course previews.

  • Enable Messages Module (inbox) for learners.

  • Free Preview Button Text: the label on the free-preview button (up to 25 characters).

  • Support Email Address: shown to learners for support.

  • Explore Courses Page URL.

Save with Save Changes.

Brand Settings

The Brand Settings tab is where you set your logo, favicon, and brand color, so the platform reflects your brand. It sits under Settings → Website & App Setup. Save with Save Changes.

Upload your Brand Logo (PNG or JPEG). Use Remove to clear it and upload a different one. A preview is shown.

Favicon

Upload a Favicon, the small icon shown in the browser tab.

Brand colour

Pick your Brand colour with the color picker. Use Reset to default to revert.

Tick Use brand colour for learner dashboard to apply your brand color to the learner dashboard.

Use a high-resolution logo with a transparent background, and set the brand color to match your existing brand kit so your website, dashboard, and emails feel consistent.

Social Media

The Social Media tab lets you add your social and app-store links, which appear on your website and app. It sits under Settings → Website & App Setup. Save with Save Changes.

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • X (Twitter)

  • YouTube

  • LinkedIn

  • App Store: your iOS app link.

  • Play Store: your Android app link.

Enter the full URL for each (including https://). Leave any you do not use empty.

Each link is validated as a URL. If a link is rejected, check that it starts with https:// and is complete.

Policies

The Policies tab is where you publish your legal policies to learners. It sits under Settings → Website & App Setup. Save with Save Changes.

Policies you can set

Each is a rich-text editor:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Instructor Terms and Conditions: enable this option to add separate terms for instructors, which reveals its own editor.

  • Refund Policy

Write or paste your policy text, format it, and save.

Keep these current. Learners and instructors see them at signup and in your website footer, and clear, up-to-date policies reduce disputes and support requests.

You're done

That completes the Website & App Setup section. You can now control sign-up and security behavior, your domain and website, branding, social links, and policies.
