Integrations

The Apps page is your integrations catalog: connect payment gateways, email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, proctoring, automation, and marketing tools. It sits under Settings → Integrations → Apps.

Settings page showing payment gateway options and their connection status.

How it is organized

Integrations are grouped into tabs by category, including:

Payments tab showing different payment gateway options like Edmingle, Razorpay, and Stripe.
  • Payments: payment gateways.
  • Emails: email sending providers.
  • Notifications: WhatsApp and SMS providers.
  • Proctoring: exam proctoring tools.
  • Automation: webhooks and automation platforms.
  • Marketing: analytics and marketing tools.
  • Advanced and Others: SSO, coding, support, and more.

Each integration is a card with its logo, description, a status (for example, Active or Recommended), and a Connect, Manage, or Disconnect button.

Payment gateways

Available gateways include Edmingle Pay (recommended), Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Easebuzz, and others. Some are for INR and some for international payments.

Certain features depend on the gateway: for example, Memberships work only with Razorpay or Stripe. Choose your gateway with the products you sell in mind.

Connecting an integration

  1. Find the integration and click Connect.

Settings page showing payment gateway options with Connect buttons.
  2. Enter the required credentials or API keys in the dialog.

  3. Save. The card then shows as connected, with Manage and Disconnect options.

Disconnecting asks you to confirm. Payment gateways have an extra confirmation, and swapping between INR and international gateways prompts a replacement step.

Other integrations

  • Marketing: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Leadsquared, and more (used by Workflows and analytics).
  • Automation: Webhooks (with their own setup and logs), plus platforms marked coming soon.
  • Others: SSO/SAML, coding platform, support, and partner integrations.

Some integrations require a specific plan; if one is not on your plan, connecting it opens an upgrade prompt, and some are unavailable during a trial.

Permissions

Managing integrations requires integrations write access. Admins have it by default.
