Overview of the Admin Dashboard
The admin dashboard is your command center. This article gives you a quick tour so you know where everything lives before you start building. You don't need to change anything yet, just get familiar.
Logging in
- Go to your Edmingle admin login page and enter the email and password you used to sign up.
- Select Log in. You'll land on the Home screen.
If you can't log in, see the Getting Help article for account recovery steps.
What you see depends on your plan and your role. Some menu items and features are only available on certain plans or to certain roles, so your screen may not show every item described here.
The top bar
Running across the top of the screen:
- Branch selector (top-left). If your organization runs multiple branches, switch between them here. Everything below updates to show the selected branch's data. Single-branch accounts can ignore this.
- Search (⌘K / Ctrl+K): jump to any course, learner, or page. The fastest way to get around.
- + New: a quick-create shortcut for common actions like a new enrollment.
- Schedule Session: quickly set up a live session without leaving the dashboard.
- Wallet / credits: your available balance (e.g. for SMS, or AI usage). [Verify: what the ₹ balance covers on your setup.]
- What's New?: the latest product updates and releases.
- Help & Support: access help and contact support (see Getting Help).
- Plan & role badge (top-right): shows your plan (e.g. Enterprise Plan) and your role (e.g. Super Admin), plus your profile menu and log out.
The main navigation (left menu)
The left sidebar is how you move around. From top to bottom:
Veda AI Edmingle's built-in AI assistant. Use it to get help and speed up tasks across the platform. (Availability depends on your plan.)
Home The dashboard you land on, your at-a-glance summary of performance and today's sessions. (Covered in detail below.)

What's on the Home screen
The Home screen is built to answer "how is my business doing right now?" You'll see:
Weekly Performance (Last 7 Days): four headline metrics, each with a week-over-week change:
- Average Time Spent: how long learners spend in your content.
- Total Views: content views over the week.
- Average Rating: average learner rating.
- Average Attendance: attendance across sessions.
Daily Active Users: a chart of how many learners are active each day (with a recent average).
Enrollments: enrollment volume over the last 30 days, with a toggle between Signup vs Enrollments and Sales views.
Today's Sessions: your live sessions for the selected date. You can move between dates, View Calendar, or Mark as Holiday. Below it, a summary row shows Sessions Scheduled, Sessions Cancelled, Total Sign-ins, Not Signed-in, and Average Attendance, followed by a table of the day's sessions with their attendance, status, and topics.
