My Profile

My Profile is your personal account: your name, contact details, photo, timezone, and password. It sits under Settings → Profile & Organization → My Profile and is the default page when you open Settings.

View your profile

The page shows your details in cards: a header with your photo, name, and role, then Personal Details, Contact Details, Address, and Other (about, timezone, and any custom fields). Some fields appear only if your organization has enabled them.

Change your photo

Click the camera icon on your photo and choose Choose Photo to upload a new one.

Edit your profile

Click Edit Profile to open the editor, organized into sections:

• Personal Details: Name (required, up to 50 characters), Username, Date of Birth, Gender.
• Contact Details: Mobile Number (required), Alternate Mobile, Email (required), Alternate Email, Landline.
• Address: Permanent Address, Country, State, City, Pincode, Residential Address.
• Other Details: Aadhaar Number, Timezone, and About.

Save with Save.

Setting your timezone

Under Other Details, you can tick Set timezone automatically (Device timezone) to use your device's timezone, or untick it and choose a timezone manually. The manual selector is disabled while automatic is on.

[!Important] If you change your mobile number or email, you will be asked to confirm your password before the change is saved. Have your password ready when updating those fields.

Change your password

Click Change password (top of the page) and provide:

• Old Password
• New password and Confirm new password
• Logout Options: log out of other devices, or stay logged in.

Save with Update Password.
