My Subscription
My Subscription shows your Edmingle plan, billing dates, and invoices. It sits under Settings → Manage Billing → My Subscription.
Billing tab
The Billing tab shows your current subscription:
- Your plan name and status (for a trial, it shows how many days remain).
- Total Amount for the subscription.
- Last renewed on and Next renewal date.
- Your billing cycle.
- Any available credit that can be applied to your subscription.
- A table of recurring add-ons with their amounts.
- A separate block for your Zoom subscription, if you have one.
If a renewal payment is pending, a Pay Now button appears to complete it.
Invoices tab
The Invoices tab lists your billing history, one row per invoice, with the invoice number, invoice date, due date, amount, and status (Paid, Due, and so on).
- For unpaid invoices, use Pay Now.
- For paid invoices, use View Invoice to open it.
Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades) are handled with the Edmingle team rather than a self-serve button here. To change plans, contact support.
Permissions
Access requires billing management permission. Admins have it by default.
