Utility Wallet
The Utility Wallet holds the credits your academy spends on usage-based messaging and AI, notification credits (for SMS, WhatsApp, and some email/push) and AI credits. It sits under Settings → Manage Billing → Utility Wallet.
This is your institution's usage wallet, not learner loyalty points. Loyalty points (which learners earn and redeem) are managed separately under Engage → Loyalty Program.
Balances
The page shows balance boxes:
- Notification credits: used for messaging that is charged (see the usage table below).
- AI credits: used for AI features (shown if AI is enabled on your plan).
- Coding compiler: shown as coming soon.
What uses credits
Open Credit Usage Info to see exactly what is free versus what draws from the wallet. In summary:
- Transactional notifications (signup, payments, course welcome, memberships) are generally free on Email and Push.
- Other bulk notifications (announcements, sessions, events) and promotional campaigns and workflows draw from the wallet on Email and Push.
- SMS and WhatsApp always draw from the wallet, and WhatsApp/external promotional messages may include a small platform fee.
Recharge the wallet
- Click Recharge Wallet (or Recharge Now on a balance box).
- Enter an amount, choose the wallet type (Notifications or AI) if AI is enabled, review the payment summary, and Proceed to Pay.
There is no auto-recharge; top-ups are manual. On some deployments (international, private, or certain servers) recharge is disabled and you are directed to contact support.
Transactions and history
The page lists wallet transactions (date, type, channel, credit or debit, and running balance), which you can filter and export to CSV. Recharge History links to the Wallet Recharges report (they show the same recharge records).

That completes the Manage Billing settings, and with it the Settings module. You can now manage roles and permissions, connect integrations, track your subscription and invoices, and keep your utility wallet topped up.
