Test Analytics

Test Analytics analyzes performance on a specific test: attempt rates, average score, pass rate, time spent, accuracy, and per-learner scores. It sits under Analytics → Advanced Analytics.

[!Important] Advanced Analytics is a Power-plan feature. On lower plans you will see an upgrade prompt.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Advanced Analytics and open Test Analytics.

Select what to analyze

Test Analytics loads data only after you choose your scope from the dropdowns:

  1. Course (required), then Batch, then Test.
  2. Optionally search for a single learner to view just their performance.
  3. Click View Analytics.

What the dashboard shows

For the whole test (admin view):

  • Total Attempted (out of total learners).
  • Average Score (across the test's questions).
  • Pass Percentage (with how many failed).
  • Time to Complete: a breakdown of time spent on correct, incorrect, and unattempted questions.
  • Correct attempt ratio (accuracy), score distribution, and top performers.

For a single learner, it shows their grade, performance percentage, and percentile.

The score table

A table lists learners with their scores, searchable and expandable. Open a learner's row (the eye icon) to review the actual questions, with correct and given answers.

Export

Export the score table to CSV.

Test Analytics may also show an add-on expiry notice if your test-analytics add-on is time-limited. Renew it before it lapses to keep access.
