Batch Rating Report
The Batch Rating report shows an overall rating per batch, so you can compare how batches are rated at a glance. Each row is one batch.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Feedback & Rating and open Batch Rating.
What each row shows
Each row is a batch, with:
- Batch Name, Course name, Batch manager
- Enrollments
- Avg. Batch Rating: the overall rating for the batch, out of 5.
- Batch Status
You can add your batch custom fields as columns using Manage Columns.
Filters and export
- Quick filters: course and Batch manager.
- Advanced filters: average batch rating and batch status.
- Sort by enrollments or average batch rating.
- Download CSV (full report or selected columns); large exports are queued.
Batch Rating is out of 5, whereas session and trainer ratings elsewhere are out of 10. Do not compare the raw numbers directly across reports.
Filter by average batch rating to surface low-rated batches, then use Sessions Feedback and Trainer Feedback to find whether the issue is the sessions, the trainer, or the content.
