Trainer Feedback Report
The Trainer Feedback report shows how each trainer is rated across all their sessions and batches, in one row per trainer. Use it to review instructor performance.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Feedback & Rating and open Trainer Feedback Reports.
What each row shows
Each row is a trainer, with:
- Trainer Name
- Sessions Scheduled: how many sessions were scheduled for the trainer.
- Session Conducted: how many they actually conducted.
- Avg. rating: the trainer's average rating across their sessions (out of 10). Shows "-" if there is no rating yet.
You can add your trainer custom fields as columns using Manage Columns.
Filters
- Filter by date. The date range narrows the sessions considered in the figures.
There is no search or CSV export on this report in the current version.
Read Sessions Conducted alongside Avg. rating. A high rating from very few conducted sessions is less reliable than a solid rating across many; look for trainers with both good ratings and consistent delivery.
