Sessions Feedback Report
The Sessions Feedback report shows the ratings and feedback learners gave for each session, alongside attendance context. Each row is one session.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Feedback & Rating and open Sessions Feedback.
What each row shows
Each row is a session, with columns including:
- Session Date, Session Name
- Batch Name(s), Course Name, Trainer
- Attendance %
- Scheduled Start Time, Scheduled End Time, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time
- # Feedbacks: how many learners submitted feedback for the session.
- Avg. Session Rating: learners' average rating of the session (out of 10).
- Avg. Trainer Rating: learners' average rating of the trainer for that session (out of 10).
Filters, search, and export
- Quick filters: course, batch, and trainer (labelled Instructor).
- Advanced filters: date and average attendance.
- Search across sessions, and sort by attendance percentage.
- Download CSV to export.
Unlike the "Sessions" report under Batch & Progress, this report does not default to the last 30 days. Set a date filter if you want to narrow the period.
Sessions Feedback vs the Sessions report
Both show the same sessions, but with a different focus:
- Sessions Feedback (here) emphasizes the feedback columns (# Feedbacks, Avg. Session Rating, Avg. Trainer Rating).
- The Sessions report under Batch & Progress adds delivery columns (Session ID, Module, Status, invited/attended) and defaults to the last 30 days.
