Scheduled Tasks

Scheduled Tasks is where your large or background jobs land, most importantly, the big CSV exports you trigger from reports across the platform. This is where you watch their progress and download the finished file. It sits under Analytics → More Reports.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → More Reports and open Scheduled Tasks.

What each row shows

Each row is a queued task, with:

  • Task Queue Id
  • Task Name
  • Status (see below)
  • Created On
  • Report: the download link once the file is ready.

Statuses

  • Queued: waiting to start.
  • Processing: running (may show progress counts).
  • Completed: done and ready to download.
  • Failed: the task did not complete.

The list auto-refreshes every few seconds, so a task moves from Queued to Processing to Completed without you reloading.

Downloading a file

When a task is Completed, click the download link in the Report column to get the file.

Downloads expire. Once a file passes its validity date, the report cell shows "Expired on ..." and it can no longer be downloaded. Grab your exports promptly, and re-run the export if it has expired. Downloading also requires the scheduled-tasks write permission.

Filters

Filter by a time period (with a custom date range) and by status. There is no search box.

Why this matters

Many reports queue their exports here rather than downloading immediately, especially large ones. If an export "didn't download," check here: it is almost certainly queued or processing, and the file will appear when ready.
