User Time Stats
User Time Stats shows how much time each learner spent on the platform over a period. It sits under Analytics → More Reports.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → More Reports and open User Time Stats.
What each row shows
Each row is a learner, with:
- Reg Number
- Student Name
- Contact Number
- Time Spent (total for the selected period)
Period
Choose a range from the dropdown: Day, Week, Month, Year, Fiscal Year, or Custom (a date-range picker appears for Custom). Use Clear Filter to reset.
Export
When there is data, download the report to CSV. The export is queued and appears in Scheduled Tasks when ready.
Pair Time Spent with progress or attendance reports to distinguish engaged-but-struggling learners (high time, low progress) from disengaged ones (low time).
