Storage Consumption

Storage Consumption shows how much storage each branch uses, by asset type, against your account's storage quota. It sits under Analytics → More Reports.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → More Reports and open Storage Consumption.

Used vs free

At the top, a progress bar shows your storage used versus free, broken down by materials, recordings, and files. All values are in GB.

What each row shows

Each row is a branch, with its storage in GB by type:

• Branch Name
• Certificates
• Normal Video and Live Classes
• Teaching Material and User Documents
• Basic DRM and Secured DRM
• Total

Period

Select a Year and Month to view usage for that month.

Export

Download the report to CSV.
