SMS Logs

The SMS Logs report tracks the SMS messages your academy sent, with delivery counts per broadcast and a drill-down to each recipient. It sits under Analytics → Notification Logs.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Notification Logs and open SMS Logs.

The message list

The main view lists SMS broadcasts, one row per message sent, with:

• Time
• Message: a preview of the text.
• Total Recipients
• Delivered, Failed, Pending, Rejected: delivery counts.
• SMS Used: the SMS credits consumed.
• Export Report: export that message's delivery detail.

Choose a date range from the presets: Today, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 3 months, last 6 months, or fiscal year.

Drill down to recipients

Click a message row to open its recipient detail, one row per recipient, with:

• Receiver Name and Mobile
• Status: the delivery state for that recipient.
• Delivered on
• View Message: open the full message text.

Recipient delivery statuses

• Pending: not yet delivered.
• Delivered: reached the recipient.
• Failed: could not be delivered.
• Rejected: rejected by the carrier or gateway.
• Blocked: blocked.

Export

• From the list, export the SMS report for the selected date range.
• From a message, use Export on its row (or the detail view) to export that message's per-recipient delivery report.
