WhatsApp Logs

The WhatsApp Logs report tracks the WhatsApp messages your academy sent, with their delivery status. It sits under Analytics → Notification Logs.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Notification Logs and open WhatsApp Logs.

What each row shows

Each row is a WhatsApp message event, with:

• Recipient Number
• Timestamp (sortable)
• Type: the kind of message.
• Status: the delivery state (see below).

Delivery statuses

• Sent: handed off for delivery.
• Delivered: reached the recipient's device.
• Read: the recipient read it (WhatsApp read receipt).
• Failed: could not be delivered (hover for the error message).
• Unknown: other state.

Filters, search, and export

• Filter by date (default last 30 days; custom ranges up to 75 days) and by status (Sent, Read, Delivered, Failed).
• Search the logs.
• Sort by timestamp.
• Download CSV: exports are queued; you will be notified when the file is ready.
