Viewing Abandoned Carts

This article covers the Abandoned Cart screen: the summary stats, the list, filtering, and exporting.

Summary stats

At the top, three cards give you the headline numbers:

  • Total Abandons: how many abandoned checkouts there are.
  • Abandoned Value: the total cart value at risk, shown per currency.
  • Abandons in last 30 days: recent volume.

Abandoned vs Completed

A dropdown switches the list between two views:

  • Abandoned: checkouts not completed (the default).
  • Completed: checkouts that were later completed (that is, recovered or eventually purchased).

The date column label changes to match: Abandoned On or Completed On.

The list

Each row shows:

  • Learner Name (or Parent Name in parent mode)
  • Learner Details (email and contact number)
  • Checkout Items: the course (and class, if applicable) the learner had at checkout, plus how many times they visited.
  • Cart Value: the amount, with currency.
  • Abandoned On / Completed On: the date.
  • Actions

Finding and filtering

  • Search by learner name or email.
  • Filter by date range and course.

The filters also update the summary stats, so you can see the abandoned value for a specific course or period.

Viewing a learner

Open the Actions menu on a row and choose View Profile to open that learner's (or parent's) profile, where you can see their full history.

Exporting

Use Download CSV to export the current view. The export respects your status toggle (Abandoned or Completed) and any course and date filters.

There are no bulk actions and no in-module reminders here. To act on these carts at scale, use the recovery tools in the next article.
