Assessments Report
The Assessments Report is assessment-centric: it lists each assessment across all batches, then drills down to the individual learner attempts. Use it to analyze how an assessment performed and to review each learner's result.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Assessments Report.
The assessment list
The first view lists your assessments, one row per assessment, with:
- Assessment Name
- # Batches: how many batches use it (click the count to see the batches, each linking to its classroom or course).
- # Courses
- # Learners Attempted
- Assessment Type: Exam, Exercise, Assignment, or Programming Assignment.
Filter by course, batch, and assessment type, search by name, and export to CSV.
Drilling into an assessment
Click an assessment to open its detail, listing every learner attempt with:
- Learner Name and Contact Details
- Batch and Course
- Submitted On and Time Taken
- Grade (if your grading system is enabled) and Percentage
- Result: Passed, Failed, or Not Attempted.
- Evaluation status: Evaluated or Not Evaluated.
- Total Attempts, and IP Address (if enabled)
- Your learner custom fields (via Manage Columns)
Click a learner's row to open the graded review for that attempt.
Grade, Percentage, and Result show "-" until an attempt is finalized (evaluated). If numbers look missing, check the Evaluation status; unevaluated attempts have no final result yet.
Filters and export (detail)
- Quick filters: taken-at date, course, batch, and evaluation status.
- Advanced filters: learner custom fields, percentage range, result, and grade (if enabled).
- Search by name, email, or contact number.
- Download CSV (full report or selected columns); large exports are queued.
To clear a grading backlog, filter the detail view by Evaluation status = Not Evaluated, then open each attempt to grade it (see the Submissions collection for the grading screens).
You're done
That completes the Batch & Progress Reports collection. You can now monitor batch performance at a glance, review sessions and attendance, track content progress, and analyze assessments down to individual learner attempts.
