Adding Inclusions
Step 3 of the membership wizard is Inclusions: the content a subscriber gets access to while their membership is active. This article covers it and finishes the create flow.
Add courses to the membership
- On the Inclusions step, open the Course field.
- Search and select the courses to include. This is a multi-select, so add as many as you want.
- The selected courses become accessible to anyone with an active subscription to this membership.
In the admin screens, memberships include courses. Learners subscribed to a membership get access to all the courses you add here for as long as their subscription is active.
Archived courses
If a course you select is archived, it appears with a red (ARCHIVED) tag so you can tell it apart. Avoid including archived courses unless you have a specific reason, since new learners cannot enroll in them independently.

Finish creating the membership
Review your selections.
Click Create Membership (or Edit Membership when updating). You will see a success message confirming the membership was created or updated.

The membership now exists with its plans and included courses. It becomes visible to learners once both the membership area (org-level status) and the plans are active, and your payment gateway is Razorpay or Stripe.
Start a membership with a focused set of high-value courses rather than everything you offer. A clear, curated bundle is easier to market than "access to everything".
What a membership grants
- While active, subscribers can access every course included here.
- When a subscription is cancelled, the learner keeps access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- When a subscription expires, access to the included content ends.
