Managing Members

Once learners start subscribing, you manage them from a membership's details view. This article covers viewing subscribers, understanding their status, cancelling a membership, and exporting your member list.

Open the members view

Go to Products → Memberships, open the actions menu on a membership, and choose View Details (or click the membership name).

Memberships list with dropdown options for viewing details.

At-a-glance stats

The details view shows summary cards:

  • Active Members: how many people currently have an active subscription.
  • New Members (Last 30 days): recent growth.

The members table

Each subscriber appears as a row with:

Platinum Plan learner list with 'All Learners' tab selected.
  • Learner's Name (with contact details).
  • Plan Name: which pricing plan they are on.
  • Subscribed On: their subscription start date (sortable).
  • Next Renewal Date: when they will next be billed (shown only for active subscriptions).
  • Total Amount Paid: their lifetime payment on this membership.
  • Status: their subscription state (see below).
  • Actions.

You can filter with the status dropdown, which starts at All Learners, search, and use the date-range filter.

Subscription statuses

A subscriber's Status is one of:

  • Processing: payment or setup is in progress.
  • Active: the subscription is live and access is granted.
  • Cancelled: the learner or an admin cancelled it.
  • Failed: a payment failed.
  • Expired: the subscription reached its end.

Members can also be filtered by New Members, and free-trial subscribers are indicated separately.

Cancelling a member's membership

You can cancel an active subscription from the row's Actions menu.

  1. Open Actions on the member's row.
  2. Choose Cancel Membership.
  3. Confirm in the dialog.

Cancel Membership only appears for members it applies to: typically an active, paid subscription with an upcoming renewal, or a free-trial purchase. It will not appear for members whose status already makes cancellation irrelevant (for example, already cancelled or expired).

Cancellation cannot be undone. The dialog confirms this. The learner keeps access to their courses until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access ends. The confirm button is Confirm Cancellation.

What you cannot do here

To set expectations clearly:

  • There is no pause option for a subscription.
  • There is no refund action in this view (handle refunds through your payment gateway).
  • There is no "add member manually" action; learners subscribe themselves through your membership page. Use the row's View Profile to open a learner's full profile.

Exporting members

You can export the member list to CSV (subject to the export permission), which is useful for reporting and reconciliation.

Reporting

For deeper analysis across memberships, use the Membership Enrollments report in the Analytics area (subject to its permission).
