Course Wise Enrollments Report
The Course Wise Enrollments report summarizes performance per course: how many enquiries, how many enrolled, and how much revenue each course generated. Use it to compare courses side by side.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Sales & Enrollment and open Course Wise Enrollments.
What it shows
Each row is a course, with:
- Total Enquiries: interest recorded for the course.
- Total Enrollments: how many learners enrolled.
- Total Revenue: revenue from the course (in the selected currency).
Running totals are shown so you can see the aggregate across courses.
Filters and presets
- Choose a date range with presets: last 30 days, last month, last 3 months, last 6 months, and fiscal year.
- Filter by counsellor and, where relevant, place of supply.
- If your academy uses multiple currencies, a currency selector appears.
Export
Download the report to CSV.
Sort your thinking by revenue and by enrollments together. A course with many enrollments but low revenue may be underpriced or heavily discounted; a course with high revenue from few enrollments is a premium performer worth promoting.
