Product Enrollments Report

The Product Enrollments report shows how many learners enrolled across your products and how enrollment is spread across your learners. This article covers it.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Sales & Enrollment and open Product Enrollments.

Summary cards

  • Total Enrollments: the total number of learners enrolled.
  • Learners with Single Enrollment: learners enrolled in only one course.
  • Learners with Multiple Enrollments: learners enrolled in more than one course.
  • Avg. Enrollment per Learner: average enrollments per learner.

These are counts, not amounts, so no currency is shown.

Enrollments over time chart

The Enrollments over time chart plots enrollment counts for the period, with a percentage change versus the previous period. Switch between line and bar, and choose Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.

The table

Columns include:

  • Date (sortable), Learner Name, Contact Details
  • Course Name and Batches
  • Registration ID
  • Learner Type (new or returning)
  • Enrollment Mode (online or offline)
  • Enrollment Status (enrolled or expired)
  • Enrollment Expiration Date
  • Shipping, State
  • Platform (Web, Android App, iOS App, or not recorded)

A Learner Category column appears if learner categories are enabled.

  • Quick filters: date, course, batch (and learner category if enabled).
  • Advanced filters: enrollment status, learner type, enrollment mode, and source.
  • Search by learner name or email.

Export

Download to CSV (full report or selected columns). Large exports are queued.

Use Learner Type and Avg. Enrollment per Learner together to gauge loyalty: a rising share of multiple-enrollment learners means your existing base is buying more, not just new sign-ups.
