Creating a Campaign
Creating a campaign is a three-step wizard: Basic Data, Audience, and Build and Test. This article covers step 1, where you name the campaign, choose a channel, and set when it sends.
Start creating
Go to Marketing → Campaigns and click Create New Campaign. The wizard opens on Basic Data.

As you move through the wizard, your campaign is auto-saved as a Draft, so you will not lose work if you step away. Use Save and Continue to advance, Back to return, and Cancel to discard (you will be asked to confirm).
Campaign Name
Enter a Campaign Name (required), up to 100 characters. It cannot be blank.

Channel
Choose the Channel for this campaign:

- Push
Email and WhatsApp are disabled until you have a promotional integration for them. A disabled channel shows a prompt linking to the integration settings. Push is always available. SMS is not offered as a channel here.
The channel you pick determines the content options later (for example, an email subject line, or WhatsApp template buttons).
When should this campaign start sending?
Choose the timing:

- Immediately: send as soon as you go live.
- Specific time: schedule it. Pick a date and time (past times are not allowed) and confirm the time zone (it defaults to your current time zone).
Continue
Click Save and Continue to move to the Audience step.

Choose the channel deliberately: it cannot be mixed within one campaign, and changing it later resets your template selection. Run separate campaigns per channel if you want to reach people multiple ways.
