Sending & Managing Campaigns
This article covers finishing a campaign (draft vs go live), and managing campaigns from the list.
Save as draft or go live
On the final Build and Test step you have two choices:
- Save and Continue: saves the campaign as a Draft so you can come back to it.
- Go Live: submits the campaign to send (immediately or at its scheduled time).
Choosing Go Live asks you to confirm.
Going live is irreversible for editing. The confirmation states: "Are you sure you wish to submit this campaign? After submission, it cannot be edited." Once submitted, your only control is to cancel it.
Before you go live
Make sure you have enough messaging balance for your audience size. Campaigns that run out of balance end in a Failed state ("Failed due to low balance").
The Campaigns list
Go to Marketing → Campaigns. The list shows:

- Campaign Name
- Type (Immediately or Specific time)
- Channel
- Status
- Created on
- Sent (how many were sent)
- Actions
Search by name, and filter by channel, status, and date.
Actions by status
Open the Actions menu on a campaign. What is available depends on its status:
- Edit: only for Draft campaigns. (Clicking a draft row opens it for editing.)
- Analytics: for Ongoing and Ended campaigns. (Clicking an ended row opens its analytics.)
- Cancel: for Draft, Upcoming, and Ongoing campaigns.
There is no duplicate action, and campaigns cannot be edited once live. To change a live or scheduled campaign, cancel it and create a new one.
Cancelling a campaign
- Choose Cancel from the Actions menu.
- Confirm in the Cancel Campaign dialog ("Are you sure you want to cancel this campaign?").
Cancelling stops a scheduled or ongoing campaign. You will see a confirmation when it succeeds.
