Campaign Analytics

Once a campaign is ongoing or ended, you can see how it performed. This article covers the analytics view.

Open analytics

From the Campaigns list, open an Ongoing or Ended campaign's Analytics (or click an ended campaign's row). The page shows the campaign name and status, with summary cards for Channel, Created on, and Start date, and two tabs: Overview and User Logs.

Overview

The Overview tab shows headline metrics and a chart. The metrics depend on the channel:

Analytics dashboard for a push notification campaign with metrics and graph.
  • Email: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Unique Clicks, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Failed.
  • WhatsApp: Sent, Delivered, Seen, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Failed.
  • SMS: Sent, Delivered, Clicked, Failed.
  • Push: Sent, Delivered, Impressions, Clicked, Dismissed, Failed.

Rates (such as delivered and opened) are shown as percentages of the number sent, and a chart visualizes the breakdown.

Read the funnel top to bottom: Sent to Delivered tells you list and balance health, Delivered to Opened/Seen tells you subject-line and timing strength, and Opened to Clicked tells you how compelling the content and call to action were.

User Logs

The User Logs tab lists each recipient with:

User logs for a push link test with delivery details.
  • Name (with email or contact number)
  • Delivery Status (failed rows are highlighted)
  • Sent on
  • Delivered on
  • A channel-specific column: Opened on (Email), Seen on (WhatsApp), or Clicked at (Push)

This is where you check exactly who received the message and who did not.

User Logs are viewed on screen and paginated; there is no CSV export from this view in the current version.

You're done

That completes the Campaigns collection. You can now build a campaign across the wizard, target the right audience, attach and test content, send or schedule it, and measure results.
