Fees Templates

Fees Templates are reusable installment plans you can apply when selling courses, so learners pay in parts on a schedule. It sits under Settings → Setup & Customization → Fees Templates.

The list

Each template shows its name, description, number of installments, and its invoice generation criteria (from date of admission, or from date of class commencement). Use New Fees Template to create one, or the pencil to edit.

Create a template

• Template Name (required).
• Number of Installments (required): 1 to 25.
• Description (optional).
• An installments table, one row per installment, with:
  • Name (required).
  • Weightage: the percentage of the total for that installment (0 to 100).
  • Invoice generation: how long after the start (admission or class commencement) the installment's invoice is generated, in months or days.

[!Important] The installment weightages must add up to exactly 100%. If they do not, you will be asked to fix them before saving.

Save with Create Template (or Update Template).
