Learner Experience
Learner Experience lets you customize the learner portal and app navigation: which menu items learners see, custom links, and a couple of portal toggles, with a live preview. It sits under Settings → Setup & Customization → Learner Experience. Save with Save Changes.
Show or hide menu items
The left panel lists the learner sidebar items. Use the eye icon on each to show or hide it. Hidden items appear struck through.
Some core items (such as Events, Community, Blogs, and Messages) cannot be hidden here; they are controlled from their own feature pages, which the tooltip links to.
Add a custom menu item
Click New Custom Item to add your own link to the learner menu:
- Display Label (required)
- Destination Link (required, a valid URL)
- Icon (required): choose from the icon set.
You can edit custom items later with the pencil icon.

Preview
The right panel shows a live preview of the learner portal with your chosen items and their order, so you can see the result before saving.
You're done
That completes the Setup & Customization settings. You can now manage categories, org preferences, custom fields, grading, fee templates and miscellaneous fees, international selling, and the learner experience.
