International Selling
International Selling lets you sell in multiple currencies, setting a base currency, a fallback, and per-currency rates. It sits under Settings → Setup & Customization → International Selling. These settings are per branch. Save with Save Changes (or Discard Changes).
Turn it on
- Enable International Selling: the master switch.
- Active payment gateway: shown read-only; international selling works with Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal, connected in Integrations.
- Branch currency (required): your branch's base currency.
International selling needs an international payment gateway connected. If none is set up, the page shows a notice and links you to Integrations.
Pricing behavior
- Enable fixed pricing: set fixed prices per currency rather than converting.
- Automatic rate conversion: convert automatically using live rates, or turn it off to enter manual rates.
- Fallback currency (required): used when a learner's currency is not configured.
The currency list
Each currency you add shows its symbol and code (with Branch or Fallback tags), symbol position, conversion rate, adjustment rate (%), and decimals. Use Add Currencies to add one.
Per-currency settings:
- Currency (required; locked when editing).
- Symbol position: symbol before or after the amount.
- Adjustment rate (%) (optional).
- Manual conversion rate (required unless automatic conversion is on).
- Default currency toggle.
Remove a currency from its actions menu (the base currency cannot be removed; you will confirm a deletion).
Save your general settings before editing or deleting currencies; the page asks you to save pending changes first.
