Managing Blogs
This article covers the blogs list, turning the blog module on for learners, and editing or archiving posts.
The Blogs list
Go to Marketing → Blogs. The list shows:
- Blog Name
- Status (PUBLISHED or DRAFT)
- Views
- Created on
- Actions
Click a post's row to open it for editing.
Finding posts
- Search by blog name.
- Filter by Status (Draft or Published), and by visibility and date.
Turn the blog module on
For blogs to appear on your website and app, the blog module must be active.
Open the blog status settings from the list header.

In Blog Settings, set Blog Status to Active.
Save with Save Changes.
The settings dialog also gives you the public blog link (to add to your website header via the Website Builder) with a copy button.
Publishing a post is not enough on its own: the blog module status must also be Active for posts to show publicly. If published posts are not visible, check this setting.
Editing a post
Open the Actions menu on a post and choose Edit (or click the row). This reopens the editor with all sections.
Archiving a post
Archiving removes a post from your blog.
Open the Actions menu and choose Archive.

Confirm in the dialog ("Are you sure you want to archive this blog?").
Archiving is the removal action for a blog, and there is no un-archive control in this module, so treat it as permanent. There is no separate delete, duplicate, or unpublish action; to take a post offline without archiving, set its status back to Draft and save.
You're done
That completes the Blogs collection. You can now write posts, optimize them for search, publish or schedule them, organize them with categories and tags, and manage them over time.
