Managing & Tracking Promo Codes
This article covers the promo codes list, editing and duplicating codes, exporting, and tracking usage.
The Promo Codes list
Go to Marketing → Promo Codes. At the top, a dropdown switches between Multiple Use and Single Use codes. The list shows:

- Promo code (with its description)
- Usage (shown for single-use codes: used or unused)
- Discount(%)
- Max. Discount
- Start date and End date
- Status (Active or Expired)
- Actions
Search by code, and filter by course and status.
Row actions
Open the Actions menu on a code:

- Edit: reopen the drawer to change the code (the code text, type, and single-use quantity stay locked).
- Duplicate: create a new code from this one as a starting point (the code text and description are cleared for you to set fresh).
There is no delete, deactivate, or copy-code action. A code is retired simply by letting it expire. Also, a single-use code that has already been redeemed cannot be edited or duplicated, so its Actions menu is hidden.
Active vs expired
Status is automatic:
- Active: today is within the code's start and end dates.
- Expired: the end date has passed.
To stop a code early, you would edit its expiry date to a past date (there is no on/off switch).
Exporting
Use Download CSV (shown when there are codes and you have permission) to export the list. Large exports are queued and appear in your scheduled tasks when ready.

Tracking usage and performance
For redemption analytics, use the promo code reports under Analytics → Marketing:
Promo Code Summary: each code with its discount, dates, status, and total admissions (redemptions), over a date range you choose. Click a code's admissions to drill in.

Drilldown Summary: the individual learners who redeemed a code, with their contact details, registration number, course, and enrolment date.
Both reports can be exported to CSV.
Use the Summary to spot which promotions actually drive enrollments, and the Drilldown to see exactly who used a code, for example to verify a targeted offer reached the right people.
You're done
That completes the Promo Codes collection. You can now create multiple-use and single-use codes, configure percentage discounts with caps across courses and memberships, and track how your promotions perform.
