The Points Ledger

The Points Ledger is the landing page of the loyalty program: a running history of every points transaction. This article covers reading and exporting it.

Open the ledger

Go to Engage → Loyalty Program. The ledger loads automatically.

What the ledger shows

Each row is one points transaction, with:

  • Learners details (or Parents details in parent mode): the person's name and email.
  • Date: when the transaction happened (sortable).
  • Points: the change, shown green with a + for points added and red for points deducted.
  • Activity: what earned or changed the points (for example, a signup, referral, social post, or an Admin adjustment).
  • Added by: who or what created the entry.
  • Comments: any note (long notes have a "Read more" expander).

Search and export

  • Search by learner or parent name or email.
  • Download CSV to export the ledger. The export option appears when there is at least one transaction.

Read-only by design

The ledger is a read-only record. You cannot edit or delete a transaction from it. To adjust a learner's balance, add a new manual entry with the Admin activity (a positive number to add, a negative number to deduct), as described in Adding Points Manually.

What a learner sees

Learners see their own points balance and can redeem points at checkout, subject to the conversion rate and the maximum redeemable percentage you set in Setting Up the Loyalty Program. The ledger here is your admin view of all activity.

You're done

That completes the Loyalty Program collection. You can now enable the program, set earning and redemption rules, grant or deduct points manually or in bulk, and review the full points ledger.
