The Submissions List

The Submissions list is your grading queue. This article covers how to find the right submissions and export them.

Switch between Not Evaluated, Evaluated, and All

At the top, a status selector controls which submissions you see:

  • Not Evaluated (the default): work waiting to be graded.
  • Evaluated: work you have already graded.
  • All: everything.

Start on Not Evaluated to work through your queue.

Submissions page with 'Not Evaluated' filter applied.

Columns

Each submission row shows:

  • Learner Name
  • Assessment name (with an AI Evaluated tag if AI evaluation was used)
  • Evaluation status (Not Evaluated or Evaluated)
  • Submission date (sortable)
  • Timeliness (On Time, Late, or "-")
  • Contact Details
  • Assessment type
  • Marks obtained, Total marks, Percentage
  • Grade
  • Course name, Batch Name
  • Review (opens the grading screen)

Some columns are conditional. Contact Details is hidden if instructors are blocked from confidential fields, and Grade appears only when your grading system is enabled. The Review action is shown only if you have permission to grade.

Search and filter

  • Search by learner name or email.

Submissions page with search bar and filter options.
  • Filter by Date, Course, Batch, Tutor, and Assessment.

The date filter defaults to the last 30 days. If you are looking for older submissions, widen the date range.

Your search, filters, and sort are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.

Open a submission to grade

Click Review on a row to open the appropriate grading screen:

Export to CSV

Use Download CSV to export the list (requires export permission and a non-empty list).

Submissions page with a table of ungraded assessments and a download CSV button.

Large exports are queued instead of downloading immediately. When queued, you will see "File has been added to queue" with a link to your scheduled tasks, where the file appears when ready.

Empty states

  • If a search or filter returns nothing, you will see "Oops, we could not find what you were looking for" with a View all results option to clear filters.
  • If you have no submissions at all, you will see a "You are all caught up!" style message.
