Batch Assessment Report
The Batch Assessment report lists assessments as they performed in each batch, so you can see how well each batch did on its tests. Each row pairs an assessment with a batch.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Batch Assessment.
What each row shows
Each row is an assessment within a batch, with:
- Assessment name
- Batch Name and Batch Status
- Course name
- Batch manager
- Avg. assessment score (%): the batch's average score on that assessment.
Click a row to open that batch's submissions for the assessment, where you can review and grade individual attempts.
Filters, search, and export
- Quick filters: batch and course.
- Advanced filters: Batch manager and average assessment score.
- Search across the list, and sort by average score.
- Download CSV (requires the batch assessment permission); large exports are queued.
Sort by average score ascending to find where a batch struggled, then open the row to see which learners need re-evaluation or support.
Batch Assessment vs Assessments Report
- Batch Assessment is batch-centric: average score per assessment, per batch.
- Assessments Report is assessment-centric: a catalog of each assessment across all batches, drilling down to individual learner attempts.
