Batch Module Progress Report
The Batch Module Progress report shows how far each batch has progressed through the course content, with learner counts by progress band that you can click into.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Batch Module Progress.
What each row shows
Each row is a batch, with:
- Batch Name, Course name, Batch manager
- Enrollments
- Module Progress: the batch's overall content completion, as a percentage.
- Not Started: learners at 0% (click to view them).
- Content Progress bands: 0%-25%, 26%-50%, 51%-75%, 76%-99%, each showing learner counts and clickable to view those learners.
- Completed: learners at 100% (click to view them).
- Batch Status, Avg. Batch Rating
Batch custom fields can be added via Manage Columns.
Drilling into a progress band
Click a band (or Not Started / Completed) to open the list of learners in that band, showing each learner's name, contact details, and progress percentage.
Watch the Not Started and 0%-25% counts for new batches: a high number well after the start date signals onboarding or engagement problems worth addressing early.
Filters and export
- Quick filters: course, Batch manager, and average batch rating.
- Download CSV (full report or selected columns); large exports are queued.
