Sessions Report

The Sessions report lists your scheduled class sessions, one row per session, with attendance and feedback for each. Use it to review how individual sessions went across all batches.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Sessions.

What each row shows

Each row is a session, with columns including:

  • Session ID, Session Date, Session Name
  • Batch Name(s), Course Name, Module
  • Trainer
  • Status: the sign-in status (for example, Signed In, Not Signed In, Late Sign In, Missed Sign In, Postponed, Cancelled, Excused Absent, Absent).
  • # Invited and # Attended
  • Attendance %
  • Scheduled Start Time and Scheduled End Time
  • # Feedbacks, Avg. Session Rating, Avg. Trainer Rating

Filters, search, and export

  • Quick filters: course, batch, trainer, and date. The date range defaults to the last 30 days.
  • Advanced filters: sign-in status and average attendance.
  • Search across sessions, and sort by attendance percentage.
  • Download CSV (requires the session report permission).

Filter by trainer and sort by Avg. Trainer Rating or Attendance % to review a specific instructor's sessions, or filter by sign-in status to find sessions that were missed or cancelled.

Sessions vs Batch Attendance

  • Sessions is session-level: one row per class, with per-session attendance and ratings.
  • Batch Attendance is batch-level: one row per batch, with average attendance and learner attendance bands.

What's next

For batch-level attendance, see Batch Attendance.
