Batch Attendance Report
The Batch Attendance report shows attendance rolled up per batch, including how learners are spread across attendance bands, which you can click into to see who is in each band.
Open the report
Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Batch Attendance.
What each row shows
Each row is a batch, with:
- Batch Name, Course name, Batch manager
- Attendance Percentage bands: 0%-25%, 26%-50%, 51%-75%, 76%-100%. Each cell shows how many learners fall in that band and is clickable (when above zero) to see those learners.
- Avg. Attendance: the batch's average attendance (click to open the batch's attendance detail).
- Batch Status
- Sessions Scheduled and Sessions Taken
- Avg. Session Rating
Batch custom fields can be added via Manage Columns.
Drilling into an attendance band
Click a band cell (for example, 0%-25%) to open a list of the learners in that band, showing each learner's name, contact details, and attendance percentage.
The 0%-25% band is your at-risk list. Click it to get the exact learners with poor attendance so you can follow up before they drop off.
Filters and export
- Quick filters: course and Batch manager.
- Search across batches.
- Download CSV (full report or selected columns); large exports are queued.
