Batch Performance Report

The Batch Performance report gives you one row per batch with its most important metrics side by side: progress, attendance, assessment score, sessions, and rating. It is the best starting point for spotting batches that need attention.

Open the report

Go to Analytics → Batch & Progress and open Batch Performance.

What each row shows

Each row is a batch, with columns including:

  • Batch Name, Course name, Batch manager
  • Start date, End date, Batch Status
  • Enrollments: number of learners.
  • Module Progress: curriculum completion for the batch, as a percentage.
  • Avg. Attendance: average attendance across sessions (click to open the batch's attendance detail).
  • Avg. assessment score: average assessment score (click to open the batch's assessment progress).
  • Avg. Batch Rating
  • Sessions Scheduled and Sessions Taken

You can add your batch custom fields as columns using Manage Columns. Click a batch row to open its classroom (learners) view.

Filters, search, and export

  • Quick filters: date, course, and Batch manager.
  • Advanced filters: average batch rating and batch status.
  • Search across batches, and sort by enrollments, module progress, or rating.
  • Download CSV (full report or selected columns); large exports are queued.

Sort by Module Progress or Avg. Attendance ascending to surface the batches falling behind, then click into a low performer to see attendance or assessment detail.

What's next

For session-level detail, see Sessions; for attendance, see Batch Attendance.
