Workflow Analytics & User Logs
Once a workflow is running, you can see how learners move through it and how its messages perform. This article covers the analytics and user-logs views. Open a workflow and use its tabs: Analytics & Conversions and User Logs.
Analytics & Conversions
The analytics tab shows a funnel of how learners are progressing:

- Entered: how many learners entered the workflow.
- Waiting: currently paused at a wait step.
- Exited: left the workflow.
- Conversions: completed the goal (fired the exit signal).
- Stopped: stopped.
Each stage after Entered also shows its share of the total entered.
Channel performance
A Channel Management chart plots message performance over a date range for a channel you select (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Push), showing Sent, Delivered, Opened, and Failed.
Per-block stats
A table breaks results down by block (step), for example "Block 2 (WhatsApp)", with Sent, Delivered, Failed, and Opened counts, so you can see which step is doing the work.
Read the funnel and per-block table together. A large Waiting count is normal for a workflow with long delays; a step with high Sent but low Opened points to a weak message at that stage.
Live counts on the canvas
While a workflow is active, the builder canvas also shows live counts on nodes, so you can see how many learners are sitting at each wait and how each message is performing without leaving the flow.
User Logs
The User Logs tab lists individual learners in the workflow with:

- Name, Email, and Mobile Number
- Current Status (stopped learners are highlighted)
- Entered At
Use it to check exactly who is in the workflow and where they are.
You're done
That completes the Workflows collection. You can now build an automation from a trigger, add wait, message, and action steps, activate and manage it safely, and measure how learners move through it.
