Attendance & Progress Tracking
Edmingle tracks who attends and how learners progress, so you can spot who is falling behind and prove engagement. This article covers the three reporting tabs in a batch: Attendance Report, Content Progress, and Assessment Progress.
Attendance Report
Open a batch and select the Attendance Report tab to see attendance across sessions.

- View attendance per learner and per session.
- See summary stats such as in-time sign-ins and average attendance.
- Open a specific session to view or mark its attendance in detail.
- Export the report for your records or reporting.
Review attendance weekly for live batches. A learner missing two sessions in a row is your earliest churn signal, and a quick nudge often brings them back.
Content Progress

The Content Progress tab shows how far each learner has moved through the course content, module by module. Use it to:
- See completion percentages per learner.
- Identify learners who have stalled.
- Confirm who has finished the material.
If your batch uses SCORM content, you can also view SCORM Analytics for deeper interaction data.
Assessment Progress

The Assessment Progress tab shows how learners are performing on the course's assessments and quizzes. Use it to:
- See who has attempted and completed assessments.
- Review scores and pass/fail outcomes.
- Follow up with learners who need another attempt.
Using progress to drive completion
Together these three tabs answer the questions that matter most for a running batch:
- Are learners showing up? (Attendance Report)
- Are they working through the material? (Content Progress)
- Are they actually learning it? (Assessment Progress)
Progress and attendance also feed into certificate eligibility. Confirm learners meet your completion criteria before issuing certificates (next article).
What's next
When learners have completed the batch, recognize it in Issuing Certificates.
