Managing a Batch

Opening a batch takes you to its classroom view, your control center for everything that happens in that batch. This article gives you the lay of the land; later articles cover each area in depth.

Open a batch

Go to Learning → Batches, find the batch, and choose View Details (or click it) to open the classroom view.

Batches list with 'View Details' option highlighted in dropdown menu.

Header: at-a-glance stats

The top of the batch shows quick stats:

  • Learners: number enrolled.

  • Start date and End date.

  • Class Progress: overall progress through the batch, shown as a percentage.

The tabs

The classroom view is organized into tabs:

  • Learners: everyone enrolled in the batch, with access to individual learner management.

  • Sessions: scheduled and past classes, with sign-in, join, recordings, and per-session actions.

  • Attendance Report: attendance across sessions.

  • Content Progress: how far learners have moved through the course content.

  • Assessment Progress: learner performance on assessments.

Instructors with read-only batch access see a reduced set of tabs (Learners, Content Progress, and Assessment Progress).

Header buttons and Batch Actions

From the batch header you can:

  • Edit batch: change the batch's details, modules, or community.

Installment unqicode page with learner list and edit batch button.
  • Batch Community: open the batch's community (shown only if community is enabled).

  • Batch Actions: a menu with quick operations:

    • Add Learners: enroll learners into this batch.

    • Add Extra Class: schedule an additional session.

    • Open Schedule: view the batch's schedule in a calendar.

Batch Actions dropdown menu open on the Installment unqicode page.
