Registrations & Attendees

Once an event is live to learners, you can track who registered and who actually attended, and mark attendance per session. This article covers the Overview stats and the detailed report.

Event Overview

Open an event from the list to see its Overview: the image, title, schedule, mode (Online or Offline), categories, price, the event manager, and the description. It also shows headline stats for Registrations and Attendees, the current Event Status, and a View Detailed Report button.

The detailed report

Click View Detailed Report to open the report, which has two views selected from a dropdown: Registrations and Attendees. A stats bar shows Registrations, Total Attendees, and Revenue (revenue is visible to admins).

Registrations

Workshop registration dashboard with no data available.

The Registrations view lists everyone who signed up:

  • Learner Name
  • Revenue
  • Contact Details
  • Registered on
  • Purchase Type (for example, Purchased)
  • Status: Registered or Attended
  • Platform

You can export the registrations to CSV.

Attendees

The Attendees view is per session. If the event has more than one session, use the session selector (Session 01, Session 02, and so on) to switch; the heading updates to show which session you are viewing.

Columns include Learner Name, Contact Details, Joined At, and Status (the attendance state).

Marking attendance

In the Attendees view you can set each learner's attendance using these options:

  • Present
  • Absent
  • Late
  • Leave
  • Excused

You can mark learners one at a time, or select several and use bulk marking.

Bulk marking requires selecting at least two attendees. Until then, the bulk option is disabled with a tooltip telling you to select at least two.

After marking, use Save to store the attendance. Saving requires the right permission (admins and instructors can mark and save attendance). You can export the attendee list to CSV.

For a multi-session event, mark attendance at the end of each session while it is fresh. The session selector keeps each day's record separate.

What you cannot do here

  • There is no manual "add registration" in this view; learners register themselves, or are granted access through a linked membership.
  • There is no waitlist or seat cap on events.

What's next

To manage the events themselves, continue to Managing Events (List & Actions).
