Pricing & Publishing

The Pricing and Publishing tab is where you decide what the course costs and where it goes live. Open your course and select Pricing and Publishing to follow along.

Choose the branch

If your organization has multiple branches, use the branch selector at the top of this tab. Pricing and publishing settings apply to the selected branch, so you can offer the same course differently across branches.

Set up pricing plans

Under Pricing Plans for this branch, you manage what learners pay.

Click Create Plan (or Edit Plan to change an existing one).
In the plan drawer, set the price, currency, and payment type (including EMI or installment options where supported).
Save the plan. You can create multiple plans for a single course.

A course with no pricing plan shows as "Free". Add at least one paid plan before you expect to collect payments, and make sure a payment gateway is connected (see the Payments documentation).

Publish to platforms

Under Publish to platforms, choose where the course appears:

iOS app (publishing to iOS also requires an Apple IAP Product ID)

Tick the platforms you want, then use Publish in the header to make the course live. You can Unpublish at any time to take it down without deleting anything.

Enrollment and visibility options

Enable free preview: lets anyone access materials you have marked as free preview, without enrolling.
On-Demand Course: turns off self-service enrollment on web and app; only admins can enroll learners. Useful for private or corporate cohorts.
Mark as Featured: highlights the course in featured placements.
Hide Pricing: hides the price (available when the course is On-Demand).
Courses Overview Link: point to a custom external overview page, where applicable.

For a private corporate batch, combine On-Demand Course with Hide Pricing and enroll learners manually. For a public course, keep enrollment on, add a free preview, and consider Mark as Featured during a launch.
