SEO, Landing Page & Managing Courses
This final article covers making your course discoverable (SEO and landing page) and the housekeeping actions you will use over a course's life: viewing learners, reordering, and archiving.
SEO
The SEO tab controls how the course appears in search and when shared. You can set:
- Course URL: the course's web address, based on your academy subdomain and the course slug (for example,
https://yoursubdomain.edmingle.com/courses/...). - Page Title: the title used by search engines and the browser tab.
- SEO Description: a summary for search results, up to 500 characters.
Write the Page Title and SEO Description for humans first: a clear, benefit-led title and a description that says who the course is for and what they will achieve.
Landing Page
The Landing Page tab lets you customize the course's dedicated landing page. Use it to present the course with your own layout and messaging beyond the standard course page.
Viewing enrolled learners
The Learners tab lists everyone enrolled in the course. Use it to check who is in the course and to jump into individual learner management.

Reordering courses
To change the order courses appear in your catalog:
Go to Products → Courses.
Open the Actions menu on a course and choose Reorder.

Set its position.
Archiving and unarchiving
Edmingle does not permanently delete courses. Instead, you archive them.
Go to Products → Courses.
Open the Actions menu on a course and choose Archive.

To bring it back later, switch the filter to Archived Courses and choose Unarchive.
When you archive a course, learners in active batches keep their access, but new learners can no longer enroll. Archiving is reversible, so it is the safe way to retire a course without losing data.
Editing a course
To change anything about a course, open the Actions menu and choose Edit, or simply open the course and use its tabs (Details, Modules, Batches, Pricing and Publishing, and so on).
You're done
That completes the Courses collection. You now know how to create a course, build its curriculum, add content, configure details, price and publish it, run batches with instructors and certificates, drip content, and manage courses over time.
